We’re a leading provider of unforgettable Spring Break vacations to destinations like Cabo, Cancun, Nassau , and Punta Cana . As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-driven professionals ready to turn travel dreams into reality—and have a blast doing it.

In this role, you'll join a fun, close-knit team that supports each other and celebrates wins. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to travel onsite during Spring Break to one of our stunning destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and convert them into reservations
• Deliver world-class customer service throughout the booking journey
• Manage trip details, answer questions, and ensure every traveler feels supported
• Use social media creatively to connect with potential customers and promote trips
• Adapt to evolving priorities and support team projects as needed

Qualifications:

• A positive, high-energy communicator with a passion for travel
• Comfortable speaking with customers and converting interest into bookings
• Organized, proactive, and eager to work as part of a collaborative team
• Social media savvy and comfortable using digital tools to promote offerings
